We offer in-country channel management services to accelerate early international company sales within the U.S.A.  This service includes the assignment of a USA based sales channel manager to personally manage each international sales client account.

The in-country channel management support services include:

  • Appointment of a In-Country (USA) Sales Manager who will represent your firm and products to U.S. Public Sector and/or commercial sales channels

The In-Country Sales Manager will:

  • Identify in-country opportunities and sales leads
  • Provide in-country marketing content for white papers, magazine articles, and advertisements to generate interest, drive sales. Our marketing support will ultimately build brand recognition &  improve customer awareness
  • Assist in the establishment of a U.S. based satellite office
  • Builds relationship and establishes trust with early adopter in-country customers
  • Review in-country customer requirements, to help ensure product roadmap is aligned with evolving technologies and future requirements.
  • Assists with any in-country compliance issues such as initial licensing, sales
  • Helps iron out product shipping details, including monitoring performance of delivery channel to ensure proper delivery of products/solutions
  • Identify prospective channels and assist in setting up an approved network of in-country value added resellers and distributors
