We offer Federal Channel Management Support Services to accelerate sales (typically of commercial products) into the U.S. Public Sector Markets. This service includes the assignment of a Federal Sales channel manager to personally manage each federal sales account.

The Federal channel management support services include:

  • Appointment of an Federal Sales Manager who will represent your firm and commercial products to U.S. Public Sector sales channels

The Federal Sales Manager will:

  • Identify Public Sector opportunities and government sales leads
  • Provide appropriately focused marketing content for white papers, magazine articles, and advertisements to generate interest, drive sales. Our marketing support will ultimately build brand recognition &  improve Public Sector customer awareness
  • If requested, assist in the establishment of a local National Capital Region (DC, MD, Northern VA) sales office
  • Help build relationship and establish trust with early adopter Public Sector customers
  • Review Public Sector customer requirements, to help ensure product roadmap is aligned with evolving technologies and future/emerging Public Sector Policy/Compliance requirements.
  • Assists with ongoing compliance issues such as licensing, certification, interoperability testing
  • Identify prospective channels and assist in setting up an approved network of Federally Focused value added resellers and distributors
