We offer direct sales services as a means to accelerate market penetration. When conditions warrant, The Corner Group, LLC may enter into a direct VAR or Distributor relationship with an OEM client and then work alongside them as a complimentary, but independent VAR/Distributor/sales agent.
- The Direct Sales Support relationship typically begins with a consulting services agreement and expands into a VAR when additional sales support is needed. The VAR option is weighed against the costs of organic sales team support and our fee-based Channel Management Services.
- The Direct Sales Relationship with The Corner Group, LLC reduces client risk. As a VAR, we will generate additional sales and grow channel/market awareness. This enables clients to seed products within U.S. Public Sector Markets very rapidly, even when market entry is via limited budget.
- As a VAR, The Corner Group, LLC will conduct a direct sales campaign, create value added solutions, create and distribute focused marketing materials and even exhibit products at key industry trade shows. The Corner Group will also perform strategic customer product demonstrations.
The VAR relationship is unique as it demonstrates our commitment to our client’s success. We literally co-invest in the success of our client’s products and services. Often, we will bundle additional technologies with client products to create a unique value-added, bundled solution.
